Yuri moaned in relief as Otabek sank into him, and he settled himself over the other, bringing their hips flush. His lips parted, head rolling back on his neck as his eyes fluttered shut, panting softly and just holding himself still. Letting him savour what it was to feel Otabek buried deep inside of him, filling him so completely that Yuri felt as though he would shatter and break- as though he was on the cusp of the greatest pleasure life could offer. It was almost as good as being satisfied during a heat; and Yuri still found it worth marvelling that he could have this. That Otabek gave him this as willingly as Yuri gave himself.
"Beka," he moaned, shuddering and constricting around the other as Otabek teased the head of his arousal, spreading clear fluid along the tip. Yuri already leaking for the other. Slowly, Yuri began to move. Rising up until the other was almost slipping free, before dropping himself down with his full weight and crying out.
Yuri was loud, had always been loud- unapologetically so. But there were times like now, when it was more intense. When his pleasure was almost blinding. A building pressure in his stomach; lower still, a tightening in his balls and a seeping wetness of his slick hole. Greedy for it, clenching around Otabek as he began to ride the other with purpose- wanting to bring himself to finish over the other's cock, wanting to feel Otabek's inside of him, and not allowing the noises of his pleasure to be restrained in doing so.
Unlike Yuri, Otabek was quiet. At least for the most part. Still, his grunts and groaning sometimes gained volume when enough of that impulse control left him, and he managed to find himself just wanted to get lost in the moment. Now was one of those few moments. His voice got louder as he rocked his hips into Yuri, feeling the slick surrounding him, and the way Yuri tightened around him. This caused his senses to get overwhelmed, and the sound that escaped his lips was particularly loud for him. It was a moan of "Yu--ri", his voice sounding raspy and broken.
He cursed in Kazakh - Fuck - a word he was sure by now Yuri recognized. He only ever used it when they had sex. And typically, it was during Yuri's heat that he had. But today was special. The world knew of what they had created, and Otabek had so much pent up frustration from earlier in the day. Frustration that was fading, replaced by the pleasure and joy he felt being with the other.
He feels that pressure deep within himself. He knows he is close, his body is begging him for release. He said the other's name again, "Yuri." It sounds more desperate, though. His hand on Yuri's cock starts to move more quickly, driven to bring him to completion.
The rough, soft noises that were escaping Otabek were maddening to Yuri. He was sure he could have come to them alone; biting his lip and whimpering softly to keep himself quieter, so that he could listen to the noises his lover was making. His stomach clenched, and he tried to stave off his orgasm just a little longer. Lost to the feel of the other inside of him, to Otabek's hand on him. His only thought was of Otabek- of the love he felt for him.
"Otabek-!" he gasped, trying to give the other warning, but that was it. Dropping himself heavily down on the other's length, Yuri cried out as he spasmed around the other, holding him deep as he spilled over the other's hand, his stomach and chest. His body clenched, milking Otabek's cock where Yuri held him deep, grinding back against the other to stimulate himself further, drawing out his own climax.
Otabek almost cursed, but all that came out was a hoarse moan when Yuri tightened around him. He wasn't even sure he could form the other's name at the moment. Being buried deep within Yuri made it hard enough to control himself, so he stopped trying to form words - settling for grunts and moans, and the occasional mutter of the other's name. He was glad he could still say it, he wanted to be able to cry out Yuri's name when the other would make him feel so good. He could easily drown in the sensation.
His hand sticky, he shifts it to rest on the other's hip, knowing full well the two of them would have to shower after this regardless. He slowed his own hips against Yuri's, trying to draw this out a bit longer. His eyes locked on Yuri, sweaty hair sticking to his forehead and neck as he rocked his hips, the other's name (an almost whispered "Yuri") coming to him easily as he came deep inside of him. He continued to move his hips, riding it out. He was panting hard, even as they slowed to a near stop.
He leaned in and stole a kiss. He didn't say it at that moment, but he knew he would later. Share with Yuri how much he loved him, how much he loved being with him. How this was his world. But he didn't think he could really speak right now.
When the other filled him, Yuri moaned long, and low. Shuddering in overstimulation as his eyes slipped shut, pupils blown wide and lips parted as he panted for breath, his cock giving a valiant twitch with the other's climax.
Otabek slowed, and so did Yuri. His hips and legs still trembling with soft, latent shudders, but for the most part he was still. He leaned forward, meeting the other's lips when Otabek surged forward seeking his, sighing into the kiss as his fingers slid into the other's hair, gripping softly as Yuri held himself close. For long moments, Yuri was content in their silence. Sharing air, feeling Otabek's heart beat against his own chest. First frantic and laboured, but beginning to slow down- much like the slowing thunder of his own.
Now, bereft of the frantic lust of their lovemaking, there was something softer in the air between them. Yuri's touches gentle, romantic and sweet. Savouring the lack of distance between them, the feel of Otabek's hair between his fingertips, and then beneath them as he slid down to the shorter, shaved section. He kissed him again, their noses brushing, Yuri's eyes partially lidded. Gazing deeply into Otabek's own as softly, he smiled.
"I love you," he whispered, barely loud enough for the other to hear, the words brushed more against Otabek's lips than they were truly spoken, but it didn't make them any less true. Kissing the other again, after a moment Yuri turned his head. Gently burying his nose into the other's neck and breathing deeply, a small, content sigh leaving him as he leaned against the other.
Otabek's heart always skipped a beat when Yuri expressed himself like that. No matter how often the other said it, it almost always felt like he had heard those words for the first time. There's a softness to his expression that only Yuri ever gets to see. He nuzzles against Yuri, when the other buries his nose into his neck. He enjoys the closeness and tenderness that they can share. He likes it almost more than when they are intimate, or having sex.
He's quiet for several moment, after the other says this.
"I love you. You're my everything." He has never been good at big, romantic confessions. But these small ones came so easily with Yuri. Yuri was his entire world.
His body was now relaxed and a little tired. "We should clean up soon." There was an implication in his tone that they could shower together. After they showered, they could just get cozy here and cuddle. He'd enjoy this time off, knowing well he'd have to go back to skating very soon.
Yuri hummed by way of agreement. Knowing that while he was content now, he wouldn't be for much longer when fluids began to dry. And if he didn't move soon, he was likely to fall asleep. But... he could spare at least a moment or two longer, he thought. Trying not to drift- but already starting to doze, his head against Otabek's shoulder.
Things all seemed to happen at a whirlwind pace. Between visiting Otabek's parents, more ultrasounds, and Otabek's training things all seemed to happen so fast. Yuri's stomach grew, but not like he had thought it would. His doctor, and then his midwife both assured him that it was perfectly normal. That she was healthy, just sitting further towards his spine than not, making him appear smaller than average.
'Her,' she.' When the doctor had told them the gender at one of Yuri's ultrasounds he had practically punched Otabek's shoulder, shouting about how he'd been right, he'd known it all along and punching the air in excitement. Their perfect little princess- he couldn't believe how lucky he was. How lucky they both were.
Summer was getting warmer and warmer though, and July was already feeling like too much for Yuri to handle. He didn't even want to think how intolerable August would be. But at least he wasn't as round as he had expected; could still see his toes, could still almost touch them. Mostly. It was uncomfortable, and he always felt warm. More often than not if he was home, he was in as little clothing as possible. Otabek didn't really seem to mind, though.
They had packed up Yuri's apartment in what felt like record time, but finding another place to move into hadn't been so easy. The right place never seemed to come up, and as weeks had gone by Yuri had gotten more and more frustrated, wanting to start on the nursery as soon as possible- which wasn't possible when they didn't have a nursery to speak of!
They'd only found something a few weeks before the start of July, and had finally been able to move in on the first. It was a nice condo, at least, but it wasn't exactly Yuri's dream home. Still, it had a pool, and a gym, and more importantly air conditioning- but even that didn't seem to be enough to cool him off. Still, at least they had a place to live. A place to make theirs; a place to call home.
She'd been moving inside of him for a week or so, now. At least, noticeable enough for Yuri to feel it. But Otabek hadn't been lucky enough to feel it yet. Yuri was working on unpacking some more of their belongings, sitting on the floor and pushing books into the bookshelf- when she started to kick again.
Gasping, Yuri hustled as fast as he could onto his feet, sliding from the hallway, into the nursery where Otabek was setting up the crib.
"OTABEK!!" Yuri practically roared at the other, excitement and demand both in his tone as he surged forward, grabbing the other's hand and shaking the screwdriver out of it almost violently, before beaming as he brought the other's hand excitedly to his stomach. "She's kicking, feel? She's moving!" Yuri positively lit up, beaming with both pride and excitement at her little, but fierce motions.
Things were moving so fast. Otabek was glad that the trip to visit his parents was over with and done. His mother had proved to be a continued thorn in his side, but he anticipated that would be the case. She would probably be like this for quite some time, despite how happy anyone could see he was. He'd be convinced that she was possessed by another creature or ill if she suddenly decided that Yuri was the perfect mate for him, especially this quickly. Maybe, just maybe once she'd get to hold her grandchild, she'd behave a little differently.
When they found out that their child was a girl, Otabek's entire world shifted. Sure, he knew that they were having a child, but knowing that it was going to be a girl created images in his mind of her and their future together. He imagined what she would look like, how she would be. And on the ultrasounds, she was looking more and more like a baby. He was getting a little nervous about how good of a job he'd do, regardless of what Yuri ever told him.
The condo was nice, a good place to start at least, in Otabek's opinion. He was glad they found it when they did, Yuri was starting to get bigger - slowly but surely. And their princess would have her own room. He was excited to get started on her nursery. He ultimately decided that what Yuri wanted it to look like was the most important to him, and he'd add his own touches throughout.
Yuri was more obviously pregnant, at least as far as he could tell. Otabek had a hard time keeping his eyes and hands off of him. He couldn't help it. Part of it was just wanting to be with Yuri and their daughter, the other was that she was starting to move around, and he so wanted to feel it.
Frustrated over the instructions of the crib, and sure he had missed a step or done something wrong. He was getting flustered, and had to send Yuri out because he didn't really want the other to see him getting so frustrated with himself. But it seemed like he made no progress when Yuri had burst back into the nursery, taking his hand.
And then he felt her. There she was, tiny and fierce. A powerful little princess. He was so in love. He didn't move his hand, just left it there, moving it over the curve of Yuri's stomach. His heart raced, and his breath caught in his throat. There were tears in the corner of his eyes. He had wanted to feel this since Yuri had mentioned it was happening. And now, he got to feel their princess. "Hey there, baby girl," he cooed. He hadn't thought much of it, but the tears that had formed came rolling down his cheeks.
Finding out her gender had made everything that much more real, and exciting. Yuri didn't know if the novelty, the awe would ever wear off. There was always something new and exciting to learn about their baby, a reminder that they had a whole lifetime of surprises and excitement ahead of them. Having her start to move and kick, was just the most recent little miracle. A blessing yuri didn't have the words for.
Otabek's reaction was everything he'd been hoping for when he had rushed through their new home to find the other. Yuri let out a soft, breathless laugh, the corners of his own vision growing wet to see the emotion on his lover's face. His hand extended, fingertips tracing the other's cheek, thumb wiping away the other's tears softly. In response to Otabek's voice, their little princess began to kick harder, fussing and wriggling beneath the other's hands.
"She likes your voice," Yuri crooned softly, not wanting to disturb the moment, keeping his words hardly above a whisper so as to preserve this soft, and tender moment between them. Between the three of them. "Our little princess, Beka. Just five more months," and Yuri sounded breathless with excitement, and awe. Their princess, their little girl.
The frustration he felt from trying, and failing thus far, to put together the crib was long gone at being able to feel the movement of his daughter. This was everything he had wanted, and needed, for about week. When Yuri mentioned how long was left, Otabek realized how little time they really had left. Just about five months ago, they had been celebrating Valentine's Day, with no idea as to where they would be now. And now, in five months, they would be holding their daughter - the little princess - in their arms. They would be caring for another, very small, human. He knew he would always worry whether or not he was doing a good job, although there was no doubt that she would be loved and cared for.
Once the tears started, they wouldn't stop. He was glad for the distraction. Her moving around renewed his motivation to get this together. He'd never claim to be gifted at building things. But he'd already move mountains for the princess. He doesn't move his hands away. He just wants to feel her as much as he possibly can.
"Only five more months, Princess. Your mama and papa love you." His voice was calming. He was cooing to the baby that was moving around inside of Yuri. He looked up to Yuri. "I'm glad."
His thumbs kept stroking the other's cheeks softly, gently and sweetly wiping away the other's tears. His left hand slid to the back of the other's head, fingers threading softly and gently through Beka's hair, and drawing him softly closer to his belly. He loved it when Otabek kissed his belly, when he lavished attention there. Not for anything illicit or sexual, necessarily, but just to feel. The way Otabek couldn't seem to take his hands off him did wonders for Yuri's comfort levels; made him feel wanted, comfortable and unafraid for the future. Which for Yuri, was rare.
"So much," he agreed, pressing his stomach into the other's hands as she continued to kick, and wriggle, "And I love you, Beka. I love our home, I love our baby," he let a soft, wet laugh, his own tears beginning to fall. "Sometimes, I still can't quite believe... that I have this. That I wake up with you. That this isn't all just a dream..."
Otabek leaned in, pressed his nose and lips to Yuri's stomach. He placed gentle, loving kisses along the skin there. He loved everything about Yuri's belly. The curve of it, knowing their daughter was growing there. It made it irresistible to Otabek. How could he not want to feel this? His entire world was right there. He whispered something against Yuri's belly in Kazakh ("I love you", it meant). It was specifically for their princess.
He could feel her moving again. Every movement was exciting. Finally managing to get his tears to stop, he moved his hands, standing up and then stepping in to Yuri, moving his hands back to Yuri's stomach, but now able to lean in, press his lips to Yuri's forehead. "It's real. I'm here. I'm going nowhere. I love you." Otabek was never one for big declarations, or lots of feelings, but he couldn't help himself with Yuri and his child. Everything about this made him feel things that he wasn't sure he'd ever get to feel. He was going to have a family with the only person he could ever imagine having a family with.
He hummed softly in pleasure at the brush of the other's lips, his hands along his swollen belly. His fingers continue to stroke softly through the longer parts of Otabek's hair, before brushing gently over the shorter undercut. He knew the words Otabek spoke, had googled them before, after once hearing Otabek whisper them during a heat. He'd had to know what it meant, then, and although he'd never told Otabek he'd heard it, he had held those words close, and tender. Hoped that someday Otabek would be brave enough to say them in a language Yuri really understood.
Now, he was lucky enough to say that he heard them often. Not constantly- but more than enough. Sometimes, Yuri still doubted- was still afraid... but those moments had become further and further apart the longer they were together, the more devoted Otabek expressed himself to be.
He truly did feel like the luckiest person in the world.
She kept kicking, even as Otabe rose up onto his feet, pressed his lips to Yuri's forehead. Smiling gently, Yuri leaned forward, and if not for Otabek's hands between them his stomach would have bumped the other's. His head came to rest on Otabek's shoulder, burying his nose against the other's neck, and dropping soft, sweet kisses there, holding himself close.
"I love you too, Otabek," he whispered softly, "So much sometimes I feel like I could burst with it," he leaned back, smiling and laughing softly, before bringing their lips together.
Otabek would always tell Yuri, especially if it was just the two - three - of them. He'd always tell his princess, too. He had never really been quite so expressive with his feelings before Yuri, but he felt so different - better - than he ever had. It was amazing what finally allowing himself to feel this way about someone had done to him. He was glad that he could, too, because he felt like their daughter deserved to hear those 'I love you's every day. He thought a child should constantly be told how appreciated they were.
He returned the kiss, kept it gentle and chaste. His hand moved in small circular motions on Yuri's stomach, and she just kept moving. She was so active today, he noted. She must be happy, or feeling good, he realized. And she seemed to like being talked to. He was going to have a hard time not constantly talking to her.
"She's a busy girl," he smiled a little, his voice quiet. "We might be in trouble with her." If she moved this much while she was still growing inside of Yuri, he could only imagine once she was born.
Yuri couldn't help but laugh at the other's assessment, his belly jerking from the motion gently beneath the other's hands as he grinned, stroking his fingers softly through Otabek's hair, feeling along the more closely shaved undercut.
"Bring it the hell on," Yuri grinned, and laughed more when, as if in response to Yuri's words, their little girl gave a particularly pronounced kick.
Otabek almost purred at the relaxing feeling he got from Yuri stroking his hair. He closed his eyes and let his forehead rest against the others. He was quiet, just feeling the way that she moved underneath his fingers and Yuri's belly jumped. Their princess seemed to be doing leaps and kicks each time one of them spoke to hear. She seemed to like hearing the sound of their voices. He almost melted at the thought.
She was eager to make herself known. He was nervous, though. He was nervous about doing a good job with her once she was here, and he only had about five months to really get ready. He couldn't even imagine how nervous Yuri was. Time was flying, and soon they would be parents. They were still young themselves, after all. Still, despite his nervousness, he kept his cool. He wouldn't let the nerves take a hold of him. He loved Yuri, and he loved his Princess, and he knew that everything else would fall into place.
"Hey now, baby girl," he cooed. "Take it easy on your mama, alright?" That pronounced kick made him smile. He realized as she got bigger, those would probably become increasingly uncomfortable.
She wriggled and kicked more in response to Otabek's words, and Yuri laughed softly, smiling softly and nuzzling his nose against his love's, stealing a soft kiss from his lips.
"I hate to say it, but I don't think she's a very good listener yet," he teased, brushing their noses together. Enjoying every little brush of their skin, every motion of their little girl beneath Otabek's hands. "Or maybe ever," he laughed, still hardly able to believe his luck. To believe that this was their life, that Yuri Plisetsky was so blessed. He had an alpha who loved him, a perfect, healthy baby on the way. He was young enough that he wouldn't have to truly sacrifice his career in order to have children. Sure, there was plenty of hate on the internet about their relationship- about how they were too young. They both had started receiving hate mail; but Yuri didn't care.
As long as Otabek was happy, as long as Otabek wanted this... wanted him. He was happy.
"She's encouraging you to get her crib built, daddy," Yuri laughed, seeing the pieces of the furniture still strewn across the floor, "She needs a place to sleep!"
He appreciated how responsive she was to everything they said. She moved and wriggled at the sounds of their voices. Something about it was completely magical. He knew she didn't understand, but it felt like she at least knew who was talking to her. And to him, that meant a lot. He pulled Yuri close, holding him as close as he could, his stomach between them. Otabek loved the sight of it - his child growing inside the love of his life.
"I bet she'll be like you." Otabek seemed amused by that. He didn't know what Yuri was like when he was a baby, but he could imagine. He loves the idea of his child being a smaller version of the one person he cared about in the way that he cared about Yuri.
He sighed deeply at the mention of the crib. He was...experiencing difficulties. He shifted, and knelt down in front of Yuri. His hands went to either side of his growing belly, and leaned forward. "Let me tell you a secret, baby girl. Your daddy is terrible at following basic Ikea instructions." His eyes diverted to the scattered pieces of furniture. "But I'll always make sure you have a place to sleep. So I guess I'm going to find a video on YouTube."
He grinned despite himself, unable to help but to laugh at the face Otabek was making in regards to the crib. He reached out, catching the other's hands and leaning in to kiss the other's knuckles, smiling mischievously.
"How is it that you can spend hours and hours taking apart your bike and putting it back together again, but a crib stumps you?" Yuri shook his head, chuckling softly. But then he softened, smiling as he reached out and brushed his fingers along Otabek's cheek where he knelt, affection written into every expression he made.
"I hope she'll be more like you," Yuri murmured softly, before laughing, "Because I'm a menace!" And, it wasn't even as though he were lying on this fact. It really was true.
Yuri made this more than clear as July became August. Their little girl grew inside of him- as did the heat. It was only August 5th, but already Yuri was finding it unbearable. So far they were saying it was one of their hottest summers on record. Because of course it was; of course he was being made to suffer as much as possible. He had whined once to Otabek that the sun itself was out to murder him, and there were some days he really believed that.
He'd been sleeping badly more often than not as of late. Hot and uncomfortable, their princess kicking up a storm and never seeming to stop moving now that she had started. What Yuri hadn't really expected was how much her moving around would come to affect the size of his belly. Yuri figured she had been trying to turn over, or turn around for a couple of days, given how much she'd fussed inside of him. Moreso than usual, in the last few days. At 3am, Yuri had still been awake nursing a glass of hot milk, trying to calm their little girl down, feeling utterly miserable. He'd fallen asleep sometime just before sunrise, his empty cup still grasped in one of his hands, rolled sideways on the bed as he lay on his back, sleeping soundly.
It seemed their princess had finally managed to turn herself around; make herself more comfortable. And for it, Yuri's belly had finally, really and truly popped.
Otabek didn't have an excuse for why the crib was quite a task. He had messed up plenty when toying with his bike, and had to take it in for repairs for when he was first learning. It took practice and time to get to where he was, which he would still say was far from expert. He had never built a crib before, of course. The instructions didn't make much sense, so he'd go to where he could make sense of it.
He can't help but feel a little pride in the fact that Yuri wants her to be like himself. Though he had his doubts. His mother always told him that he was a rather calm baby during her pregnancy, and this little girl was a feisty thing before she was even born.
The crib did end up getting built, and Otabek continued to put together things in the room. As it closer to August, the room started to look more and more complete, which was what he wanted. That way they could use the last couple months to stock up on the things they'd need - clothes, diapers, and other things. They would have a baby shower soon, too. Otabek knew it'd be warm in Almaty. Warmer than it was at home - and he'd be sure to warn of this fact.
With the warm weather, came Otabek making sure to stock up on cold and frozen treats. He was always sure to keep their ice bins stocked up, too. He wanted to make sure Yuri was as comfortable as possible. It was only going to get worse, he realized.
Otabek knew that Yuri hadn't been sleeping well. He could feel the shift in the bed when the other needed to get up. He was relieved when he felt the other settle, and closed the distance between them, though careful not to touch or get too close. He knew it would only make the heat worse. Even though they had air conditioning, he considered getting a couple of fans to help. He finally woke up mid morning. He had training in the afternoon, so his morning was free today. When his time was free, that meant he was usually working on something - like food prep, or even getting things ready for their girl.
He rolled over, and there it was - bigger and more obvious than it had ever been. She seemed to have shifted and gotten herself comfortable. Yuri looked... big. He didn't want to say anything, and didn't want to touch in fear that she'd notice, start moving, and wake up Yuri.
Otabek shifted, fumbled for his phone on the nightstand, and decided he'd capture the scene. Not for anyone else, of course. He'd share with Yuri the picture he'd take. He wanted him to see the way that Otabek did.
Admittedly, Yuri hadn't really wanted to have the baby shower in Almaty. It wasn't anything personal against Otabek's family, or anything- although for how Otabek's mom tended to treat him, it certainly could have been if he had wanted it to be- but mostly, it was about the heat. He was already wildly uncomfortable, and there were so many places in Almaty that still went without air conditioning... Yuri wasn't sure how he was going to survive it. He hadn't really wanted a baby shower at all, in truth. But this was his concession to Otabek's mom, trying to make peace with her.
Yuri and Otabek still hadn't bonded; which probably didn't help her low opinion of Yuri. Neither of them had really brought it up, but the longer Yuri's pregnancy went on for, the more he wanted it.
Now, though, all he wanted was a good night's rest. Something that was getting harder, and harder to achieve with every passing day. Yuri had the blankets kicked away from himself, his oversized shirt riding up over the swell of his belly. He was laying on his back, head turned towards Otabek.
With the first snap of the camera, Yuri sighed in his sleep, shifting to roll over, body curving in towards Otabek's presence. His belly bumped the other, his fingertips curling against the pillow softly. His lashes fluttered for a moment- seeming almost as though he might wake, but didn't, just yet.
Otabek didn't want to go to Almaty, either. He was perfectly content not having to drag Yuri, while heavily pregnant, on a plane to a place that would probably be far too warm for him. It worried him, but he knew they both were doing it to appease his mother. His mother who was not impressed with his choices up to this point. His mother, who was also so kind to let him know how unimpressed she was that he got his boyfriend, who he was not mated with, pregnant at their ages.
The more and more he watched their child grow and move inside of Yuri, the more that desire to bond became present. They hadn't talked about it recently, but he wanted to. That instinct was driving him to it, too. He also had noticed, though, that he as becoming increasingly more protective over Yuri. He wondered if bonding would help that urge to protect, since it would let others know that he had a mate.
The shirt was riding up, and he could see the swell of his belly so clearly. He could feel his heart pound against his chest. That desperate urge to touch, but not wanting to wake Yuri put him in a difficult place. So he took a couple more pictures, before placing his phone on the nightstand again.
Not able to resist, a hand moved up Yuri's side, resting on the side of his belly.
It took a little while, but with Otabek's hand, a gentle warmth against his belly- Yuri began to stir. He'd already began to start waking up while Otabek had been snapping photos, but now his green eyes opened slowly properly. Disoriented, and sleepy, Yuri smiled as Otabek's features filled his gaze, his own hand sliding down to find Otabek's, fingertips stroking over the backs of the other's knuckles.
"Morning," he mumbled, sounding slurred with sleep, shifting to snuggle closer to the other- not quite realizing that it was more difficult than usual, due to the size of his growing stomach. "What time is it?" he mumbled, grunting as he tried to tuck his face into the other's neck, but couldn't quite reach as well as usual. Blinking away sleep, Yuri yawned, and sat up instead, groaning and stretching as his back popped.
Then, finally, he looked down.
"Woah!" he exclaimed, blinking in shock, running his hands over his stomach, before looking at Otabek with saucer-wide eyes, "I guess she finally moved around, away from my spine!" That was the only explanation that made sense to Yuri, anyway.
Otabek's fingers moved over Yuri's, turning to grip his hand for the brief moment Yuri laid there near him. "Like nine thirty," he answered. He knew that Yuri hadn't gotten much sleep. His eyes rested on Yuri's stomach, and the way their princess had settled herself. She was obvious, and present, and the difference was so noticeable. Their daughter wanted the world to know she was there, and she wanted the world to know that she was coming.
When Yuri shifted to sit up, Otabek joined him, shifting closer to Yuri. "I'm sorry for waking you." Especially since he was so soundly sleeping, and that meant their girl was not shifting around keeping him awake. His fingers moved to the bump, so clear and present now. No longer a slow grow, but she had settled herself comfortably.
He snuggled up close, fingers moving with light, feather-like touches. "Training is this afternoon, but the rest of the morning is free..." he leaned towards Yuri, pressing a quick kiss to the other's lips. "You should come, though." It was nice and cool there, and he knew the others would be in shock upon seeing his mate. His mate. He wasn't going to be able to fight the urge to bond for much longer. He was starting to experience some possessiveness and protectiveness, especially in the presence of other alphas.
"Nine thirty- you slept in," he teased, though there was nothing accusatory in his tone. Once, it hadn't been like either of them to wake up so late. But with Yuri's pregnancy, and how he struggled to sleep- he knew it kept Otabek awake, too. He felt a little guilty for it, but so too did he like waking up with Otabek. Like this, with him being the first thing Yuri saw in the morning- it was so much better than waking up to an empty bed.
"It's okay, you didn't really wake me- she's starting to move a bit," he explained, rubbing the top of his belly, where it wasn't visible, but he could feel her striking softly against his ribs, "She's giving me heart burn," he groaned, grimacing a little, but leaning in closer to Otabek, scooting so that he could rest his head against the other's shoulders and rub his own hand along with Otabek's, nuzzling his nose along the other's neck, and softly dropping kisses there.
"I would love to come," he purred, his voice low and enticing. Full of teasing promise- but for what? It was probably easy to guess, if the way he was nipping softly at the other's neck was anything to go by. "It feels really nice, Beka. Your hands on my belly."

"I'm glad."

How many others could say they were so lucky?

"Bring it the hell on," Yuri grinned, and laughed more when, as if in response to Yuri's words, their little girl gave a particularly pronounced kick.

"She's encouraging you to get her crib built, daddy," Yuri laughed, seeing the pieces of the furniture still strewn across the floor, "She needs a place to sleep!"
no subject

And for it, Yuri's belly had finally, really and truly popped.
no subject

His lashes fluttered for a moment- seeming almost as though he might wake, but didn't, just yet.
no subject

"Woah!" he exclaimed, blinking in shock, running his hands over his stomach, before looking at Otabek with saucer-wide eyes, "I guess she finally moved around, away from my spine!" That was the only explanation that made sense to Yuri, anyway.
no subject
